War on Fat!

For many years I have been accumulating large amount of fat daily without exercising. Often I have seek answer to burn fat quickly to no avail; I tried several known supplements to address my needs, and none of them worked.

So I exercised alone and did manage to loose 20 lbs of fat, noticeable difference! However, I lost my motivation to exercise and gained 50 lbs of belly fat and it became so unstable and uncomfortable, decided to exercise right away, and in the meantime, looking for the right supplements.

I decided to go to Planet Fitness and burn some fat; I have heard some reviews about FRS energy drinks. I drank one during exercise and I noticed huge boost in energy, and I was able to burn 1,000 calories today! Without FRS energy drink, I would have burned only 300-400 calories alone.


I also ordered two set of Grenade Thermo Detonator - highly praised supplement from many users, and it's a known "blowtorch" to fatty cells. I haven't tried one yet, but soon I will; and it's known to give explosive amount of energy more what other supplements have to offer. I need to burn at least 2-3k calories per day. I will provide the result soon, so stay tuned!


Another recommendation as well - Zumba Fitness; I saw a short video while exercising at Planet Fitness; burning 1k calories PER hour, and guarantees you massive waist loss.


I strongly advise you to purchase this DVD set and try it for yourself. I haven't tried it, so take my comment above with a grain of salt until further notice; I will be getting the DVD set shortly. So, stay tuned on this part as well!

06/13/2011 - 400 calories burnt - no supplements.
06/14/2011 - 400 calories burnt - no supplements.
06/15/2011 - 400 calories burnt - no supplements.
06/15/2011 - 400 calories burnt - no supplements.
06/16/2011 - 400 calories burnt - no supplements.
06/17/2011 - off, but 100 calories burnt - no supplements.
06/18/2011 - 1,000 calories burnt - Two bottles of FRS taken.

- So you get the idea; I will upload a picture of my belly fat weekly to determine how much I've lost.

My diet is often consist of: veggies, fruits, rice, USDA approved steak, beans, eggs, and English muffins. And whole wheat bread as well alongside with fat free cheese and deli beef/turkey. Fiber cereal with skim milk is a must for daily breakfast alongside with eggs filled with Omega-3 fatty acids.
